In efforts to make your Association and your Board easier to contact, we have set up an online portal for you to have access your account 24/7.

You will be able to access your account any time of day or night. You will be able to pay your annual dues through your account by credit card for a one-time payment or set up auto-pay or by ACH bank draft. You will be able to see your account balance and also submit any concerns or questions about your home or community.

This will also be how we will communicate with you about community announcements, meetings, updates and invoicing. Remember you are able to contact us via email or phone call any time.

Governing Documents:

Articles of Incorporation: Often called "the articles," these are typically short documents that set the name of the HOA, assert that it is a nonprofit mutual-benefit corporation and identify its initial agent, the individual authorized to receive legal notices on the HOA's behalf.

​Certificate of Formation

Bylaws: These documents guide the board’s actions and decisions. They are helpful in preventing or resolving conflicts and disagreements. They can protect the organization from potential problems by clearly outlining rules around authority levels, rights, and expectations.

​Bylaws include articles such as:
  • Election, roles, and terms of board members and officers
  • Membership issues (categories, responsibilities)
  • Meeting guidelines (frequency, quorum)

Community Bylaws

The rules of the HOA community are described in what’s called the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). The CC&Rs describe the requirements and limitations of what you can do with your property. The goal of the CC&Rs is to protect, preserve, and enhance property values in the community.

CCRs include articles such as:
  • Property maintenance (i.e. lawn care)
  • Home decorating (i.e. exterior paint color)
  • Storage of garbage cans or other unsightly
    items

1st Amendment - Restrict Leasing to 10 Percent

2nd Amendment - Restrict Leasing to 30 Percent
3rd Amendment - Decrease Leasing to 15 Percent

Rules and Regulations (Resolutions): Policy Resolutions are those that influence the rights and obligations of owners. Boards typically use policy resolutions to clarify vague provisions within the governing documents. A lot of times, the CC&Rs only give a limited amount of information — not enough to support or help the board make a decision. This is where a policy resolution can come in.
